Collect Them Like Base Ball Cards Every Year.

These Letters may be As or  More Important Than Your Resume.

If you want the edge over your competition in the job market, then Collect Them Like Base Ball Cards !

Excellent tool to use by way of introduction into a new group and to provide assurance to a hiring manager on the front end.

Most people just list References at the bottom of their resume.. At some point, the potential employer must take time to check your references.

Letters of Recommendation really does that work for them and in advance. Making their job much easier and giving you a much Stronger, Impressive, Pro-Active, Forward Thinking, First Impression.

Another reason for Collecting Letters of Recommendation from Current and Past Employers is that people come and go with shorter stays on the same job these days. Your boss may leave his job and that may leave you with no reference. That can be your very valid reason for asking your boss for such a Letter. Even though you may loose contact with your employment reference contact's, you still have their Letter Of Recommendation to speak for them.  It is better if your reference is willing to use company letter head paper.
